Wayne Reynolds Director


Wayne is the founding director of Atriarc Planning and a Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. In addition to his considerable experience gained from various roles with Cardiff Council; he has been an active member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 2007, representing members nationally via a governing role on the Board and General Assembly. He has also played an active role regionally in Wales since 2008.
Wayne’s specialisms include, development management (planning applications and appeals), master-planning, environmental assessment and strategic development projects. He also has significant experience of conservation and regeneration projects.
In his spare time Wayne is a keen surfer, a passion he developed during a year-out in Australia. He is also facilitating his own development projects in west Wales where the family agricultural business is based.
