Regeneration planning in Wales forms an important component of ensuring that valued agricultural land is retained and brownfield (or previously developed land) is reused in a productive and meaningful way. It is also important to ensure that continued investment in communities is offered from private and public sources to ensure communities can thrive in a sustainable fashion. In this months article in the Wales Farmer, Wayne provides an overview of the Welsh Government's regeneration framework proposal and how it may interlink with other national funds.
