Following on from an earlier public consultation in March 2017, the proposed development at Lawrenny home farm - for a mixed-use residential project - has been updated to include a further provision for affordable housing as part of the development, as part of ongoing negotiations with the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, Pembrokeshire Council affordable housing officers and the Local Affordable Housing Association.

The revised development now proposes 39 residential units, including 7 affordable houses, 6 of which are proposed within a small area of land adjoining the main development site, within an existing paddock area. The wider scheme proposing the circa 7 rural, live-work offices, biomass district heating system and associated infrastructure upgrades will also be provided. For further details on the revised scheme and to register for ongoing updates, please visit the following link to the main consultation page via Lawrenny Public Consultation.
