Notification of pre-planning Consultation in Lawrenny, Pembrokeshire

Following a recent press release, it gives us great pleasure to announce the launch of our formal pre-planning consultation for the proposed relocation of the organic farm in Lawrenny (off Broadlane) and the subsequent redevelopment of the existing farm site, to construct; 33 residential dwellings; 7 office units; a biomass district heating system, and; associated infrastructure upgrades on the former farm site within the existing village, as part of the circa £7million scheme.
